MCI is located 22 miles north of the Westin Crown Center, approximately 25-30 minutes away. The airport is divided into 3 terminals with curb-side drop off and pick up outside of gates.

Driving directions from the airport:
Take Interstate 29-South to 169-South. Continue on 169-S across the Missouri River towards Broadway Boulevard (169 south turns into Broadway). Follow Broadway to Pershing Road (equivalent to 24th street). Make a left turn at stop light.  Continue past the stop light onto Main Street.  Take first right into our front drive.

Directions to the Hotel

From Kansas City International Airport
    Take I-29 South to Highway 169 south (turns into Broadway).  Follow Broadway
    through downtown.  Turn left on Pershing for 4 blocks.  The hotel is on the right
    after crossing Main street.

From the south
Take I-35 north to the Broadway exit.  Make a right onto Broadway to Pershing.  Make a left on Pershing to the hotel.

From the east
Take I-70 west to interstate 35 south to the Truman/McGee Street exit.  Follow truman to the second light and turn left onto grand street.  Follow Pershing Road and make a left.  The hotel is at the corner of Pershing Road and Main Street.

From the west
Take I-70 east to interstate 670 east to I-35 south.  Take the 20th street exit and turn left at the bottom of the ramp.  Proceed to the third set of lights and turn right onto Main Street and drive one block.  Make a left on Pershing Road.
 

Hotel Parking

Parking is available on property for overnight guests as well as those here to attend a meeting.  Overnight valet parking services are available for $16.50 per night, per vehicle.  Overnight self-parking in our underground parking garage is available for $13.50 per night per vehicle.  For those individuals attending a meeting, there is an early bird rate of $7.25 per day (effective April 1, 2007), provided that you enter the garage by 10:00am and exit by midnight.   The day rate if you enter the garage after 10:00am is $9.00.  If additional oversize vehicle parking is necessary, please contact the conference planning manager for availability and current pricing.  The hotel has a limited number of valet parking spaces.  Please discuss parking requirements with your conference planning manager.

Bus Parking: Busses may park complimentary on the crown center lot.  Union station bus parking is $40.00 per bus.  Based upon availability.

• Taxis:Taxis are available outside the main entrance of Kansas City International Airport (KCI).  Approximate fare is $50, with possible surcharges.
• Rental cars: Rental car facilities are located at the Kansas City International Airport (KCI), as well as many other locations throughout the area. KCI recently opened a new state-of-the-art Rental Car Facility. You’ll want to catch the shuttle that runs between the airport and rental facility.
