$375 Self advocates, family members of self advocates, professionals
$300 Personal Care Attendants
Includes all meals and activities:
- Thursday (dinner)

Two Day Fees
$200 2 day registration for Thursday and Friday ONLY (includes Thursday dinner, all meals on Friday)
$225 2 day registration for Friday and Saturday ONLY (includes all meals on Friday and Saturday)
$225 2 day registration for Saturday and Sunday ONLY (includes all meals on Saturday and brunch on Sunday)
One Day Fees
$150 1 day registration for Friday ONLY (includes 3 meals for Friday)
$150 1 day registration for Saturday ONLY (includes 3 meals for Saturday)
Friday Student Field Trip Rate
$25 Registration for a student, family member, or transition/special education professional (includes lunch on Friday, conference materials)

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING!
1. SPECIAL NOTE FOR PLENARY SPEAKERS: If you are a scheduled plenary speaker DO NOT register online. A separate registration form will be emailed to you.
2. The registration fee includes registration materials, meals for each day, and all conference activities.
3. When registering online, or by fax, you must do so by using a credit card. The MU conference office accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
4. When printing out your registration form and mailing a check, all funds must be drawn on a US bank in U.S. currency.
5. Registration DOES NOT include your hotel accommodations. Please visit the hotel link to reserve your room.
6. Pay special attention to the refund deadlines. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing. Prior to September 1 you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for any reason after September 1, 2010. You may substitute one conference attendee for another.
