INTRODUCING: Friday Student Field Trip

Have you heard about the Friday Student Field Trip? The Friday Student Field Trip is an opportunity for transition high school students and their supporters (family members, teachers, transition professionals) to get a glance of the self advocacy movement at the conference! The Friday Student Field Trip is from 9am-5pm and includes lunch on Friday and conference materials. For more information, click here.

Introducing the SABE KC 2010 Flag Ceremony

This year, in addition to each official flag, each state is encouraged to create a state flag illustrating the part of conference theme: “Feeling the Music of Self Advocacy”. Conference attendees will vote on the flags, which will be displayed on Thursday, September 23 and Friday, September 24 and the top three winners will be announced at the General Session on Saturday, September 25. Flags should not exceed 3 feet by 5 feet.
